Who We Are

Shane was raised in a home around construction, carpentry and custom furniture building. From a young age, he would sit and watch his father design, create, build and renovate furniture. He was always in the workshop learning the trade. He knew, even then, that he wanted to be a carpenter. As Shane grew up, he would help on the jobs with his dad until eventually he started laboring at a local roofing company in 1999. He quickly caught on and worked his way up to become one of the lead roofers of the crew. For 4 years, he worked hard at roofing until he moved to Las Vegas. While living in Vegas, Shane still had the drive to learn new things and that's when he became employed installing high-end hardwood flooring in multi-million-dollar homes. When he moved back to Massachusetts in 2006, he decided he was ready to open his own business, Gannon Real Estate Renovations, where he focused on the remodeling of homes inside and out.

Shane completed renovations that included new flooring, remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms, replacing windows, siding, roofing, additions and repairing homes that needed complete rehab due to natural causes. He became proficient in repairing and renovating every aspect of a home. In 2010, he decided to enroll in electrician school and became employed by Boston's Local 103. Shane completed the program and became a master electrician in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Shane continued to work as an electrician, but also worked for his company that now became Gannon Built LLC. In 2017, he decided to leave the union and focus solely on his business. He also has taken on his father's passion of building custom cabinetry, furniture and built-ins with values of over $10,000.

Throughout the years, Shane has worked not only in renovating houses, but also in new construction homes. From roofing, to siding, electrical work and carpentry, he has made it to become an expert at everything he does. He believes that working hard, being honest and paying attention to every minor detail is what makes him great at what he does. He has expertise in custom mouldings, cabinets, painting, flooring, electrical, sheetrock, framing, window installation, additions, siding, roofing and custom work to name a few. With his hard work and ethics, you'll never be disappointed. There is no exception to perfection!
